“Before, I would make excuses so I didn’t have to do any physical exercise, I just basically was like a couch potato! But then I found my coach Jay Unwin. He put me in the right frame of mind and got me thinking positive about physical exercise to the point that now I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! I also do Thai boxing, weight lifting and kettlecise. But don’t get me wrong, nutrition is also a big part of losing the weight and becoming healthy which I did find the hardest, nutritional and picking the right foods, but my coach helped me through that. I would send him pictures of my meals and he would tell me what I have too much of or what I have to little of on my plate which really helped me get through my nutrition. I’m now motivated, focused and on track. My coach gave me the tools to keep my mind focused, keep myself motivated and to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I was 15 stone 9 and I’m now 11 stone 13, and I’ve gone from a size 18 to a size 12. I’m now healthy and happy and I couldn’t thank my coach Jay Unwin enough.”
